Hastings Branch Referral Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Prize means a hamper to the value of approximately $200.

Prize Draw means the Hastings Branch Referral prize draw.

Referee means a new customer of The Co-operative Bank Hastings.

Referrer means an existing customer of The Co-operative Bank.

Successful Referral means where, between 23 January and 31 March 2012, a Referee:

1. is referred to The Co-operative Bank Hastings by a Referrer who has submitted a properly completed referral form related to the Prize Draw; and
2. opens a new account at The Co-operative Bank Hastings and credits their main source of income into this account.

The Co-operative Bank Hastings means The Co-operative Bank branch located at 108 Market Street North, Hastings.

Terms

1. For each Successful Referral the Referrer and the Referee will receive one combined entry into the Prize Draw.
2. A Referrer can complete more than one Successful Referral.
3. The Referee's new bank account at The Co-operative Bank must show evidence of their main source of income going into the account to be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
4. The winners of the Prize Draw will be selected randomly by lottery from all the entries entered in the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize Draw will take place on 9 April 2012, and the winners contacted by email or phone by 12 April 2012.
6. There are two Prizes. The Referrer and the Referee listed on the winning Prize Draw entry will each receive one Prize.
7. Prizes are not transferable and The Co-operative Bank reserves the right to substitute each Prize for another prize of equal or similar value.
8. The Prize and the Prize Draw are governed by these terms and conditions. The Co-operative Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
9. The Co-operative Bank does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever to any winner beyond these terms.
10. The Co-operative Bank's decision on any matter in relation to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Co-operative Bank's employees, members of their household and their immediate family are excluded from the Prize Draw.
12. Each Referrer and Referee authorises The Co-operative Bank to publish his or her name if he or she is a winner of the Prize Draw for marketing and promotional purposes.

Privacy Act 1993 – If you provide us with personal information relating to a person other than yourself, you undertake that the person has consented to you providing us with that personal information. The Co-operative Bank Limited, PO Box 54, Wellington, is collecting and will hold this information. The Co-operative Bank will use this information to administer the Hastings Branch Referral Prize Draw, for marketing purposes and to maintain our relationship with you. You each have a right to access and correct your personal information under the Privacy Act 1993. A charge may apply.
